/Film is reporting that Ed Helms (The Office's Andrew Bernard) is writing and starring in an untitled comedy about a highly dedicated Civil War re-enactor who travels back in time to the actual event. The Nard Dawg in highly sensitive racial-situational comedy...smiling just thinking about it.
