zildjian is the oldest family owned business in the united states (est. in american in 1929 [originating in turkey in 1623]) and are largely responsible for many of the staples of the modern drum kit (e.g. hi-hat, crash and splash cymbals). thanks for nearly a century of rhythm, beats, and noise.
