lolla lineup

you can check it here. although, to be honest, if you've attended a p4k or lolla over the past two or so years, the lineup might not seem all that titillating. the middle/upper-middle bands have all been there within the past two years (e.g. black keys, national, spoon, mgmt, rogue wave, etc.). the lower-middles that have been buzzing lately are somewhat sparse (xx, dirty projectors, antlers, morning benders, freelance whales, mumford). and the lowers are sort of dull (not going to name names...that'd be rude). all in all, this seems likely to be a festival with an extremely minimal amount of scheduling conflicts.

on the other hand, i'm DYING to see arcade fire command a crowd of nearly 100,000 people as the sun falls over the chicago skyline. i'll leave you with a list of the acts that i'd be interested in catching.
