this was the standout moment of last night's grammy's, even though dylan can't sing anymore (but that shouldn't be news to anyone). a pretty persuasive argument for the value of music as performance as opposed to music as spectacle. just look at marcus mumford's face at about the 2.05 mark. priceless.
